Do you offer just bartending services without food or other beverages?

ACT 3 provides bartending as a supplemental service for any event. Since we love food so much, we always ask that our chefs delight you while our bartenders are in action.

Am I able to build my own menu instead of using the ones available?

We absolutely encourage you to bring your menu ideas to us. It’s your special event and we are catering to your needs. Our culinary staff will provide plenty of recommendations, but we are happy to customize your menu to create a unique experience for your guests.

How far out should I be booking my event or wedding?

The general rule of thumb for booking a caterer for your wedding is a few months to a year out from the date of the ceremony. This allows for the necessary time to coordinate seamless service, meet equipment rental timelines, and prepare staffing needs. Likewise, large scale social and corporate events require plenty of planning too, for a lot of the same reasons. The more time you give us, the better likelihood that we can ensure the success of your event. Our seasoned staff of coordinators is able to work on shorter timelines if the situation calls for it, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for your catering emergency!

What is the fee for a tasting?

Our in-house tastings consist of a full 3-course meal, prepared onsite by our Executive Chef. The cost for a sample meal is $30 per person, which is fully refundable if you book on the day of the tasting. This is a great way to see what your guests will be experiencing during the event, and we highly recommend scheduling a tasting just for that reason.
