We're sure these are some (or all) of the questions swirling around your head regarding appetizers right now. Well, spoiler alert, there is no right or wrong answer! When it comes to your wedding and the food you serve there is no black or white choice, it is totally up to you. We always tell our clients that appetizers are a nice touch for cocktail hour if your budget allows. As for quantities, we suggest 2-3 passed appetizers or maybe just one large display to keep guests busy while you finish up signing your license and documenting memories. We have a variety of appetizers and stations to choose from so where do you even start?! We'd like to spotlight some of our top selling appetizers below to hopefully give you some insight into our presentation and menu pairing ideas!

Pear Cambozola Crostini

One of our most popular options for year round festivities is our pear cambozola crostini! The crostini gets a cambozola cheese spread then it's topped with poached pears and candied slivered almonds. It is the perfect two-bite morsel of salty and sweet!

Caprese Skewers

Traditional, yet always elegant, the caprese skewer is definitely a crowd favorite for both vegetarians and carnivores. Who can resist the creamy mozzarella with the pop of tomato, paired with an acidic drizzle of balsamic and a sprinkle of salt. 

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Need I say more? These are our most popular passed appetizer option for all types of events. They are simple, yet delicious, and even the most stubborn mushroom haters love them!

Fried Chicken Sliders

These are the newest members of our slider family. Our King's Hawaiian buns sandwich Chef's signature fried chicken which is topped with sliced cherry peppers and a spicy, chipotle aoili. It's a perfect pairing with our Classic Barbecue menu or an All-American Buffet!

Shrimp & Grits Station

Yes, we do have action stations! Who doesn't love watching their food be cooked right in front of them? One of our sous chefs pan sears large prawns and presents them on a bed of fresh grits for each guest. 

Ahi Poke Crisp

One of the most in demand trends this year has been poke. We offer our traditional poke in a small bamboo (compostable!) cup with a crispy wonton scoop. They are cold and refreshing for a hot summer day and perfect to pair with our Pacific Rim Menu.

Artisanal Cheese Display

Our cheese display is a wonderful appetizer to add to your cocktail hour or appetizer buffet. It is filled with local and imported fine cheeses entangled with stone fruit, nuts & assorted crackers. Plus, who doesn't love cheese and crackers.

Seasonal Fruit Display

Our seasonal fruit display can be added to cocktail hour, your buffet, or even dessert! There something for everyone, whether your prefer melons, berries or grapes!
