Private Tasting FAQ
How much does the tasting cost?
Our tastings are $30 per person plus tax. We accept payment in the form of card, cash or check at the conclusion of our tasting.
What does it include?
- Three course, family style service presented by one of our out-party staff
- Full consultation with one of our experienced wedding coordinators to go over all of your wedding details and vision
- A meet and greet with our executive chef
- Quote comparisons
- Pricing overview and clarification
- Assistance with linen and rental preferences and coordination
What can I try?
You can select the following:
We cannot offer any carved proteins (prime rib, brisket, etc), appetizer displays (cheese display, artichoke dip, etc) or lasagna at a private tasting.
How many people can I bring with me?
We can accommodate you and up to 5 guests.
Where are you located?
We are located at 15665 Nelson Place, Tukwila, WA 98188 just off of I-405 near the Family Fun Center.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.
What days do you offer tastings?
We offer tastings on Wednesdays at 4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm and 6:15pm and usually one Saturday a month in January, February, March, April, September, October and November. Please email markelle@act3catering to inquire about tasting availability.
What if I can't make any of your schedule tastings dates?
We are at a variety of open houses around the Puget Sound between January - April. Please check out our events section to see a list of upcoming open houses! We are also very flexible and can usually accommodate a schedule to meet your needs, don't be afraid to ask!
Do I need a proposal beforehand?
Nope! Markelle or Emily can create a proposal during the tasting for you to evaluate together.
How do I book a tasting?
Just simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to get an up to date list of availability and she would love to find a date/time that works with your schedule!
