Private Tasting FAQ

Now that the peak of wedding season is slowly starting to come to a close, it’s time to shift gears and focus on food tasting season! 

In the event and hospitality industry, the food tasting season typically goes from September through April. We love this time of the year because we get to meet with our inquiring couples in-person to discuss their overall wedding vision, color schemes, details, along with what bar or beverage service(s) they plan to offer at their event. And the best part is that this is where you get to taste the menu you’ve picked out for your special event! 


We offer tastings every Tuesday starting September 14th until November 2nd and 16th. There will be no tastings on November 9th. Our tastings will return again January 11th and finish up at the end of April. 


Our food tastings start at 2pm and bookings are every hour on the hour until 7pm.

Prices & Payment

Our food tastings are $33/per head, and we can accommodate up to 4 people in our tasting rooms. If you book with us on your tasting date, we will waive the couple’s food tasting! We take payment at the conclusion of your private tasting and accept payment in the form of credit or debit card, cash or check.

What's Included

You get to choose from both the Season Menu (of your event date) &/or Year-Round Menu

  • 3 appetizers
  • 1 salad
  • 2 entrees
  • 2 sides

At the tasting, we are unable to offer any carved proteins from our menu (prime rib, brisket, etc), appetizer displays (charcuterie board, fruit & cheese artisanal board) or lasagna. 

Why You Should Book A Food Tasting

  • You get to taste the food before the event takes place, which also gives you time to switch up the menu, if you decide to go down that direction. 
  • You can also taste the vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and/or dairy free options that some guests might have. 
  • You get to see the appropriate portion sizes for you and your guests day of
  • Allows you to meet with your designated Wedding Coordinator in-person - who goes over your details and vision for your event (assistance with pricing overview and rental coordination [linens, flatware, chairs, chargers, plates, glassware, etc]).
  • Allows you to ask any and all questions you might have for clarification purposes

How Do I Book A Tasting?

Please email or your designated Event Coordinator and they will help find a date and time that works best for your schedule!

What if I need to cancel?

Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your tasting if you need to cancel. You can either email your Coordinator or call us at 425.251.9102!
